Roofing tile – roof tiles
Not every roofing tile is suited for own house roofs.
Roofing tiles and roof tiles are offered in very different implementation. Also materials, like concrete copper, steel metal or slate are used for the roofing of some roofs. The selection of the optimum of roof covering material depends as a rule on the inclination degree of the roof and on the roof framework construction. Besides, the optical aspect plays, on this occasion, also a big role, because the roof shows the calling card of a house.
The still most often used kind of roof covering material for a house roof are roofing tiles and roof tiles from burnt sound. The first clay bricks were already used by the old Greeks and Romans for the caps of her roofs.
Nowadays two different families of clay bricks – the chorda roofing tiles and the pressed roofing tiles are found as a rule. The production procedures develop, on this occasion, very differently. In the production of chorda roofing tile it is pressed the sound raw measures in the desired forms and afterwards is burnt with approx. 900°C in a special kiln. Under the chorda roofing tiles different implementation, as for example beaver’s tail brick, hollow frying pan brick and chorda grooved tile is found.
Pressed roofing tiles are punched out help of so-called stamp pressing. For example, the kremptiles which own as a rule no fold count to the pressed roofing tiles. One understands by the concept Roof tiles the roofing tiles which are also produced with the help of the chorda pressing proceed. Roof tiles, or also hollow frying pan bricks, own no fold. Listed buildings are covered very much with pleasure with this brick kind, because they prove a very steady and nice image of the roof.
The brick kind Monk and Nun is a two-part brick which is produced in the pressing proceed. Monk and nun are moved into each other wedged and the nun lies below and the monk is appropriated as a cover about that.
Other ones often used brick kinds show the double hollow fold bricks, flat roof bricks, hollow fold bricks and reform bricks.
